HUMAN RESOURCES

Our university aims to contribute to the goals of making a name for itself on a national and international scale with its success and being recognized with respect. In line with this purpose, it has aimed to meet service demands of our academic and administrative staff working on a permanent/contractual basis in the best way possible. In determining our human resources policy, our university’s institutional values ​​of internationality, people-orientedness, innovation, scientific approach and social responsibility are taken as a basis.

In maintaining our human resources policy, it is our priority to increase employee satisfaction and service quality and to adopt a sustainable quality approach. Our employees are encouraged to reveal their potential, and human resources practices are offered to ensure job satisfaction and contentment. Our university observes every aspect of diversity in its human resources related processes, notably the gender equality.

In this context, our basic policy is to attract qualified human resources to our university, to ensure their loyalty to the institution and to be a preferred higher education institution.
